Sutton Power’s stationary generator range includes dedicated solutions for both industrial and residential applications.

For industrial use, we offer high-performance diesel generators from 10kVA to 2000kVA and gas-powered generators (LPG, natural gas and biogas) from 10kVA to 500kVA. These systems are ideal for prime or standby power in manufacturing, agriculture, utilities, and other demanding environments.

For residential applications, Sutton supplies compact home standby generators designed to provide reliable backup power during outages, ensuring comfort and continuity in domestic settings.

We also offer a range of off grid power solutions, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), hybrid generators, and integrated diesel and gas sets, providing flexible, prime power wherever it’s needed.

Standby & Prime Diesel Generators

Sutton Power manufactures diesel generators from 10kVA to 2000kVA, built for reliable standby and prime power in industrial and commercial settings.

Available as open sets or in sound-attenuated, weatherproof enclosures, each unit is designed for performance, durability, and low-noise operation.

We use engines from leading brands including Perkins, FPT, Yanmar, MTU, Baudouin, and Cummins, with a choice of fuel tank sizes, noise levels, and advanced control systems. Options include set-to-set synchronisation, grid integration, and remote monitoring for seamless operation in any environment.

Standby & Prime Gas Generators

Sutton Power manufacturer a range of gas-powered generators from 20kVA to 500kVA, available with LPG, natural gas, and biogas fuel options. For smaller-scale applications, we also provide hydrogen-powered solutions up to 20kVA.

Designed for both prime power and standby use, Sutton’s gas generators are suitable for a wide range of applications, from continuous supply in remote or off grid locations to emergency backup in critical environments.

Our Gas generators are available in open frame configurations or housed within sound attenuated, weatherproof enclosures for outdoor and noise-sensitive settings.

Whether you are looking to lower your carbon footprint or adopt alternative fuels, Sutton’s gas range delivers a cleaner, adaptable power solution without compromising reliability.

Residential Generators & Off-Grid Power

Sutton Power’s residential standby generators provide reliable, automatic backup power for homes and small properties, with models ranging from 8kVA to 60kVA in single phase.

Designed for quiet operation and seamless performance, each unit is housed in a low noise, weatherproof enclosure suitable for domestic settings.

Available in gas, diesel, or full hybrid configurations, these systems ensure uninterrupted power during grid outages or supply interruptions. Options include extended run fuel tanks for longer autonomy and integrated remote monitoring for real-time visibility and control.

Sutton also manufactures off grid power packages for locations where no mains connection is available. These hybrid systems combine battery storage, inverters, and diesel or gas generators to deliver a reliable and efficient power supply, with optional solar integration for renewable energy support.
